I have found over the years that I feel much better staying away from Gluten so I have adjusted my baking to suit my needs.
Our new Gluten Free Savoury Biscuits are an adjustment of my regular biscuits where I have changed the flour and left out the sugar, thereby creating a savoury biscuit which can always be sweetened by adding a dollop of jam or jelly.
They make a perfect base for any of my jellies or my Savoury Tomato Jam.

Simply serve with a cuppa.
Top with a slice of pate and a little of our Cumberland jelly with Port.
Crumble into soup/chowder to add a little crunch, these biscuits are similar to oyster crackers in the States.
Top with cream cheese and our Savoury Tomato Jam.
Perfect with a cheese board as they are savoury.
Pop into kiddie’s lunch as there is no sugar added.
