When ordering from our Online Store you are making an offer to purchase our products. On placing an order with us, you will receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will be confirmed via email once it is dispatched. It is at this time that the contract of sale between Harty’s Jellies and you, the customer is created.
If you have any special requests or are sending our range as a gift, please fill in the details in the note box on the shopping card page. Please fill in the ‘Ship to’ with the full details of the person receiving the gift. Also under gift options please add your message. Remember a signature will be required at the delivery address so please ensure that someone is available at the address given to receive the goods.
Alternatively you can order our range offline by sending an order plus a cheque/postal cheque or bank draft to Harty’s Jellies, 2 Canal Place, Tralee, Co Kerry.

We aim to correctly fill each order from our current stock but however on occasion the product ordered might be out of stock. In this case we will contact you via email or telephone and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.
All our deliveries are made through An Post or Fastway couriers. Upon receipt of order, dispatch will be between 2 – 5 days and it is next day delivery within Ireland. Each order will receive its own tracking number that can be used on the Fastway tracking system. All orders must be signed for.
Payment and Pricing
We accept payment through Pay Pal. This assures you of security and confidentiality. We do not have access to your credit card information and we receive notification that the amount has been credited to our account – goods will only be despatched when we have received monies in full. Prices are displayed in Euros € and are not have liable for VAT.
Cancellation; should you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the original order by email via our contact page or by calling us at 087 3258539. Cancellation will then be confirmed by us by email.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy and decide to return the goods, then please call us at 087 3258539 or email via our contact page stating the issue for return.
The goods must be returned within 7 working days of your email with both goods and packaging in their original state, securely wrapped including our delivery slip and at your own cost and risk.
After we receive the goods we will credit your debit or credit card with the full purchase price minus any costs incurred through using PayPal, no later than 30 days of receipt of goods.
If the goods are not returned or returned in a state where they cannot be used, then you are still liable for the cost. We are under no obligation to collect or recover the goods from you.
Terms and conditions
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of postage for your return as HARTY’S is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. You accept these terms upon purchasing from www.hartysfoods.com.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time, by using this website you agree to these changes. It is your responsibility to check if the conditions have changed, if you do not agree with the changes please do not use the website.
Harty’s Jellies are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and any information you provide us with. We do not supply mailing information to any third party but may use it to advise our clients of goods we feel may be of interest to them unless instructed otherwise in writing.
Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer but will not be supplied to any third party.
We do not store credit card information. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence.
