Need a quick elegant starter that is healthy? Try our mozzarella, cherry tomato and basil salad with a dressing made with Harty’s Original Chargrilled Jelly.
How to make it
1. Tear a ball of fresh mozzarella into pieces.
2. Cut ripe cherry tomatoes into quarters.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with a tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Add 1 tablespoon of Harty’s Chargrilled Jelly. Season to taste.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the mozzarella and tomato salad. Garnish with fresh torn basil leaves (tearing the basil leaves releases the oils). Season with freshly ground black pepper.
